What our full-stack engineer can do for any business

When BRF Consulting first hired Lucas Guerra, he was brought in as a full-stack engineer to collaborate with BRF and its long-term partner AICG.

At the time, one of their clients, an AI-powered video generator company, needed scalable and user-friendly web platforms “capable of supporting advanced workflows involving Artificial Intelligence, data visualization, and enterprise-level interfaces,” Guerra explains.

The client wanted a platform that would allow users to interact across multiple systems, including dashboards, forms, generators, navigation flows, data tables, and visual tools.

How were his full-stack skills applied?

This client’s platform “went far beyond a simple AI video generator,” Guerra says. It offers a complete, production-ready SaaS environment that includes user dashboards, onboarding systems, collaboration features, media libraries, CMS integration, and multi-feature account environments.

“My work involved translating backend capabilities and AI workflows into accessible and intuitive user interfaces… such as the video and image generator systems, B-roll generation workflows, media library navigation, onboarding flows, blog integration, and account dashboards,” Guerra explains.

With these systems integrated, users could make AI-assisted videos, images, and B-roll content, edit images, manage visual assets, and publish content through a structured workflow.

What tools were used for this job?

To transform this client’s complex back-end capabilities into reliable, intuitive front-end systems, Guerra used tools such as Next.js 15, React 19, Tailwind CSS v4, shadcn/ui, Zustand, Framer Motion, Payload CMS v3, Supabase, AWS S3, and Cloudflare Pages.

“For media processing and visualization features, I worked with Remotion for video rendering, Konva for canvas operations, and Filerobot Image Editor for image manipulation,” he says.

The outcome of this project

Upon completion, which took over six months, Guerra helped deliver a fully operational system.

“The video platform delivered a complete AI-powered content generation environment with integrated editing tools, media workflows, and user dashboards,” he explains.
