A Salesforce success case for Market and Competitive Intelligence
Salesforce published a success case from Microtecnica, a BRF Consulting customer since 2016.
Microtecnica has more than 30 years in the market, they are one of the main suppliers of computer and IT technologies for the government in Brazil. They were looking for a solution to improve their sales process and also required strategic information from manufacturers and competitors.
BRF Consulting offered to Microtecnica our product MercadoGov, a market and competitive intelligence solution integrated with Salesforce platform which could be customized for sales and bid process management.
Bellow the implemented architecture, we integrated their Salesforce org with MercadoGov big data stored on Snowflake Computing, a modern cloud Data Warehouse. Salesforce platform was fully integrated with SAP B1 leveraging on Streamsets Data Collector (SDC) and APIs.
MercadoGov provides a full management of government bidding process. It also has some Market Intelligence modules, bellow a sample screen of a marketshare from an important hardware manufacturer in Brazil.
Another important feature implemented is the full integration of Salesforce with ComprasNet, the main government portal in Brazil.
Microtecnica doubled their sales since started working with MercadoGov and they forecast a 10% growth in 2020 even with the COVID-19 crisis.
