Exclusive: BRF Consulting launches a customizable AI-conversational software to fit to any business needs

Updated: Jul 25

At any point, the communication gap between clients and business becomes inevitable. With new digital tools, software updates, and hardware iterations created daily, that can now be remedied.

After more than a decade of experience integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) into numerous companies and seeing that interaction hole, Angelo Buss, BRF Consulting’s Founder and Solutions Architect, came up with a solution: BRFchat.ai.

What is BRFchat.ai?

BRFChat.ai is a tailor-made Artificial Intelligence-powered conversational software that leverages on multiple live AI agents at once and can be integrated into any company’s CRM system to improve communication and its operational needs.

BRF envisioned a product that leverages on communication, “the most important asset between companies and their clients.”

I decided to develop BRFchat.ai, a modern conversational solution assisted by AI agents to maximize company efficiency, enable sales or support teams to improve communication with clients, and provide a better user experience for the final customer.”

How is BRFchat.ai better than other conversational apps?

Other AI-powered chat programs are rigid, built to wire up every possible question and scripting each response one by one, so they usually focus on individual issues separately, rather than solving the entire problem.

BRFchat.ai was developed to handle the whole communication flow and automate a company’s operations from customer support to the sales process, explains BRF Consultant’s Full Stack Developer Lucas Guerra, who has worked across both the frontend and backend development of the software.

“What sets BRFchat apart is that it was built from the ground up for real communication, not bolted into it,” he says. “It molds to a company instead of the other way around.”

What are some of its main features?

BRFchat was engineered to match any company’s needs, offering numerous traits.

For one, it can be plugged straight into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) a company already uses, integrating support from AI tools such OpenAI, Google Gemini and Salesforce Agentforce.

That connection allows for every operational process to be supported by natively built AI agents, which means that rather than simple connectors, BRFchat leverages on multifaceted characteristics of several AI applications.

“A lot of products just bolt on one AI through a simple connector and call it a day. We built ours so the AI agents live inside the app, and instead of treating every AI the same, we tap into what each one is actually good at,” Guerra states.

BRF chat was also built to provide pre-defined models and designs and, therefore, a better user experience. It can be tailored to a company’s branding aesthetic, such as its logo, and content functionality, from its landing pages, the theme, language, time zone and formatting data, for example.

Companies also have full control of lead data through a full back-office administrative area and dashboard, which allows for authorized team members to track all the conversation history between a client and a staff member, and retain valuable information such as e-mail addresses and phone numbers about potential clients.

“The team can manage every conversation, follow their leads, and see what's going on across the business, all from one place,” Guerra explains. “Companies get a smarter, always-on communication team without changing how the business already works.”

Besides those innovations, BRFchat also offers other features, such as a claim and auto-reply message with a countdown, internal conversation features for groups or individual users, audio transcription, conversations with multiple agents, distinct knowledge-base agents with multiple document processing (PDF, DOCX, TXT and Markdown), and an automatic message channel.
